Stefano Pilati’s Paris Home

Stefano Pilati, now head designer at Zegna, bought a garden duplex in a 19th century building shortly after signing with Yves Saint Laurent in 2001. Having rented the apartment for the first few years and done little more than rearrange his belongings, the Milan-born fashion designer decided to buy the place in 2006 – after replacing Tom Ford. Working together with architect Bruno Caron, he transformed the apartment into an eclectic home that is coordinated around his way of living. Think lots of art, a Louis XVI desk and a couple of design classics – all with a personal twist.
